TONN8 - built on Tridium Niagara N4 Framework
Is your building a CONNECTED building?
The Trend Open Network Node (TONN) is a Trend network device that enables the Trend system to interface with 3rd party systems such as BACnet, LONWORKS, Mbus, MODBUS, SNMP, and KNX. It utilises the NiagaraAX Framework for the integration of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and non-HVAC systems (e.g. lighting) in a building. TONN reads the required data from the 3rd party systems, and makes it available to IQ controllers. Data from the controllers can be made available to the 3rd party systems to provide a single supervisory option. TONN enables values from the Trend system to be read and written by the 3rd party systems connected to the TONN, and for the Trend system to read values from and write values to the 3rd party systems.
Forward thinking, backwardly compatible scalable solutions manufactured in the UK.
In 2017 we celebrate our 25th year as a founding Trend Partner. Our combined success is demonstrated by the IQ range boasting a larger installed system base than any other brand throughout Scotland and the UK.
With over 30 years experience in energy management, we understand that your buildings needs may evolve from the original design intent or the delivered solution at time of construction.
When this situation arises, all is not lost. Thanks to Trend systems backward compatibility we can reverse engineer, remedy, optimise and enhance any Trend system. Our aim is to exceed expectations and have a positive influence over building energy consumption, occupant comfort and productivity whilst protecting our clients initial capital investment and future energy consumption.
